Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently export agricultural products and handmade fabric articles worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.
  • For international shipments, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): 5-7 business days
  • International Orders: 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Any additional customs fees or import duties will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. After this window, we will not be able to cancel the order as it may have already been processed for shipping.

How to Cancel an Order

  • To cancel your order, please email us at support@shivrayglobal.com with your order details.
  • If your cancellation request is accepted, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for products that are damaged in transit or if the order is cancelled within the 24-hour window.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by customs clearance or shipment disruptions beyond our control.

Non-Cancellable Products

  • Custom orders or products tailored to your specifications cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
